This commitment includes assisting with the registration procedure, providing high-quality saplings, assisting with post-crop maintenance, and allowing the seamless purchase of their harvest. As the fruits of their labor mature over the years, we purchase the yield to produce high-quality crude palm oil in our cutting-edge processing facility. Our upcoming state-of-the-art plant is being designed for efficiency and environmental responsibility, and it will not only produce crude palm oil but also serves as a symbol of our dedication to closeness and support for our agricultural communities.

Ramakrishna Babu Paladugu

CEO & Director

Ramakrishna has a diverse professional background spanning multiple industries. In the 1990s, Ramakrishna worked as a civil engineer in Iraq and Saudi Arabia, gaining valuable experience in infrastructure design and construction. He later founded a chemical unit for Siris Ltd., producing and distributing chemicals for the pharmaceutical industry. In the 2000s, he returned to construction, undertaking residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad, and further expanded into sand mining and transportation. With 35 years of experience in infrastructure, project management, chemical production, and construction, Ramakrishna has become a successful entrepreneur with an ability to adapt and evolve with changing industries

Director

Preethi Reddy is the young director of Value Oil Palm with MBA in Entrepreneurship from the City university of London. She brings in new age thinking to the board. With her exposure to the global business environment and consumer profile, she garners a fresh perspective. Her knowledge in current technologies will ensure that the value oil palm offerings will meet rapidly changing customer preferences. Preethi Reddy will head the marketing department as her agile decision making and strategic ability will help value oil palm become one of the industry leaders.

With over 25 years of stellar experience in Oil Palm Plantations and the agri-commodities sector, he has developed businesses from scratch and managed them successfully, building teams, assets, distribution networks, and systems.
